Samuel Adams and Mojos both have a healthy respect for tradition but also focus on creativity while maintaining the highest quality and great flavors. The Boston Beer Company, on the strength of the Sam Adams brand, has grown to be the largest American-owned American brewery while maintaining their craft brewing heritage, experimental spirit, and commitment to the community. Mojos’ Chef Anthony will visit your table joined by Mary Schumacher, District Manager for Boston Beer Company, to discuss the pairings, preparations, and passion involved in this harvest themed menu and the selected beer pairings. The Boston Beer Company will be providing their unique glassware for attendees of this special event.
