We are happy to kick off a new year of pairing dinners with this midwest favorite. This evening will be an excellent opportunity to learn about craft brewing and see a wide variety of styles, including the artisanal Tripel, and Boulevard’s practice of bottle conditioning, which creates excellent flavor profiles with depth and complexity while improving the stability of finished product. We invite you to join us to sample and discuss our pairing suggestions that are sure to warm you during the heart of the Iowa winter. Chef Anthony and Pat McHenry of Boulevard will visit with you table throughout the evening.
