This evening will be an excellent opportunity to learn about craft brewing and see a wide variety of styles, including the artisanal Tripel, and Boulevard’s practice of bottle conditioning, which creates excellent flavor profiles with depth and complexity while improving the stability of finished product. To finish the dinner we will be presenting both the Single and Double-Wide IPAs which showcase dramatically different presentations of this classic summer favorite. We invite you to join us to sample and discuss our pairing suggestions with Chef Anthony and Pat McHenry of Boulevard as they visit with your table throughout the evening.
